We celebrate so many milestone moments in life—birthdays, weddings—so why not capture the most momentous occasion of all: the birth of your child. The birthing process is filled with highs and lows, bringing a rush of emotions and deep connection.
Many mothers will tell you there are countless moments from their child's birth they simply can’t remember. Partners, too, often feel overwhelmed, struggling to recall the details as they navigate their own mix of emotions—concern for their loved one and the indescribable joy of meeting their baby for the first time.
We take great pride in documenting this emotional journey, allowing you to look back and relive the beauty of this incredible moment in your life. As your birth photographer, I’ll be there to capture every detail—whether you prefer an intimate approach or want to document the experience in its entirety.
FAQ
When should I make contact to book you as my birth photographer?
To secure me as your photographer, you are best to book in during your first trimester. I block out a week either side of your delivery date so you'll want to get in quick.
How long will you be available to shoot my birth?
I will be there for as long as it takes your little one to arrive.
What happens if my baby arrives before you get there?
Unfortunately this is a possibility, everyone is different and sometimes your little bundle will just be super eager to join you. We are fortunate enough that we live in a small town and it's not too far to get the hospital so hopefully this won't be the case, however, if it does happen then we can do a 'Fresh 48' shoot as an alternative. I will come to the hospital and take some 'lifestyle' shots of you and your newest addition to the family plus any siblings that will be coming in to meet their new little brother or sister.
